This Special blend was formed to compete at the January 24th Bodhi Leaf Blend-Off Competition. Our friends have offered some flexibility and offerings of coffee beans for our inspiration to make NEC (Nicaragua, Ethiopia, Colombia). We pass this awe inspiring blend to you with three different blend profiles to choose from, and three different bag sizes!

Our main inspiration for our roast was made using naturally processed Nicaragua Matagalpa Esmeralda, Ethiopia Gori Gesha Forest, and Colombia Amigos De Huila. We adjusted the roast profile and played with different ratios and the results where all satisfying. We where able to distinguish distinct taste notes for each of our blends:
