I just purchased some coffee beans for pick up, when can I get my order?
If you purchased an order before 12pm, your order will be roasted the same day and be ready for pick up as soon as the following day 8am-8pm. Upon requested special circumstance we can also do a rush same day pick up, but highly reccommend allowing the roasted beans to de-gas for at least 24hrs-48hrs from roasting day.
I ordered some coffee beans for delivery, when can I expect to see your delicious coffee delivered my door?
We try our best to ship orders the following day depending on what time we received your order. All online orders are roasted to order and allowed a 24hr rest period before shipping. Our cutoff time is 12pm, so if you placed your order after noon Pacific time, your order will be roasted next day and shipped the following day. For an added fee we allow different shipping methods including priority mail for those looking for rush delivery.
There are only two bag size options, do you roast larger batches?
Yes, we can! Send as an email and we can roast any amount to order. Price will be dependant on order qty.
Why is your coffee priced the way it is?
All orders placed are roasted to order - price accounts for the purchase of raw green beans, the labor process of roasting, cupping, baggging, and design. Additionally pricing accounts for the price to operate business while still meeting all legal requirements for cottage food laws, health permits, & business license. We are not a large production roasting company, we are a local micro-home roasting business who want to bring fresh, and tasty roasted coffee to our customers.

Do you sell hot/iced coffee?
Olibeans is working on providing ready to drink coffee for purchase through our events. Depending on pop up location hot/iced coffee will be available for purchase/sampling. Just be sure to follow us on Social Media to stay notified of future events.
